    When you shop at Win Now Sports Recovery Equipment you will know that you are getting the lowest price guaranteed! All of the brands that we work with adhere to a very strict pricing policy, so you can be assured that you are getting the best price possible. 

    If you locate another online store with a lower price than Win Now Sports Recovery Equipment, email info@winnowsportsrecoveryequipment.com with a link to the same product on a competitor's website. Once we are able to verify the pricing, we will refund your original payment for the difference, no questions asked.

     

    Is there a warranty?

    That is a yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty.

    What is your Cancellation Policy?

    If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid receiving return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped or processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to receiving return shipping costs.

    The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status due to the custom built nature of the product: Dundalk

     

    What if my product is damaged?

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send to  info@winnowsportsrecoveryequipment.com and we will work with the manufacturer in getting it fixed. If you item(s) do arrive damaged, the damage must be reported with 48 hours.

     

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (which includes Canada).

     

    When will my order ship?

    The current status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within normal processing times.
